The rooftop infinity pool was a great way to cool off after a day of exploring. the open layout of the hotel gave a nice tropical vibe and made it feel like we were really in paradise. the staff was fantastic, providing excellent service and being very attentive to our needs.
The hotel was quite a walk from the main attractions of the city and the beach, which was a bit inconvenient. crossing the busy road under the highway to get to the hotel was not enjoyable.

We stayed at a hotel that was not right on the beach or all-inclusive, but it was close to everything in Playa del Carmen. It was conveniently located on 5th avenue, making it easy to explore the city and its attractions. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service, assisting us with our needs and making us feel welcome. Despite being away from the bustling center, the hotel had nice facilities, including a rooftop pool and relaxing loungers.
The limited breakfast options, which didn't offer much variety for guests.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, including the rooms and bathrooms. The staff was helpful in arranging taxis for us and ensuring our transportation needs were met. The breakfast provided was satisfactory. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere during our stay.
Nothing not too like, but the hotel's location was less than ideal, being situated in front of a power station. The swimming pool was not very inviting as a place to cool down.

My recent stay at a hotel in Playa del Carmen was a pleasant surprise from the moment I arrived. The hotel, only 1 1/2 years old, was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The spacious rooms were equipped with comfortable beds, air conditioning, a large flat screen TV, closet safe, and a generous shower and balcony. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool with plenty of sun loungers and deck chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The manager, who spoke excellent English, was always available to answer any questions and provide assistance. The hotel's location, although not right next to the beach, was only a short 15-minute walk to the beach and Fifth Avenue where many shops and restaurants are located. I appreciated the quiet area where the hotel was situated, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its great accommodations and reasonable price.
